The challenge was establishing a visual language for Chevron Careers that felt fresh and engaging while staying within reach of the Fortune 20 brand's identity. I built social media templates and content libraries that brought consistency to recruitment campaigns while feeling more dynamic than typical corporate content. Then applied that same visual thinking to executive pitch decks that made HR initiatives stickier for leadership.
